MTT Assay Kit
The kit is designed for the spectrophotometric measurement of cell growth as a function of mitochondrial activity in living cells. MTT could measure the activity of living cells via mitochondrial dehydrogenase activity with simple, accurate and reproducible functions. Dehydrogenases in mitochondria can deoxidize MTT to crystalline purple product formazan. The crystals can be dissolved in specific solvent. Use absorbance based microplate reader or spectrophotometer to measure absorbance at 490nm wavelength. An increase in cell number results in an increase in the amount of MTT formazan formed and an increase in absorbance.
CCK8 Assay Kit
Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) allows very convenient assays by highly water-soluble tetrazolium salt. WST-8 [2- (2-methoxy-4-nitrophenyl) -3- (4-nitrophenyl) -5- (2,4-disulfophenyl)- 2H- tetrazolium, monosodium salt] produces water soluble formazan dye upon reduction in the presence of an electron mediator. CCK-8 is a one-bottle solution; no premixing of components is required. CCK-8, being nonradioactive, allows sensitive colorimetric assays for the determination of the number of viable cells in cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays. The amount of the formazan dye generated by dehydrogenases in cells is directly proportional to the number of living cells.

The MQ RIPA buffer is one of the most reliable buffers used to lysis cultured mammalian cells from both plated cells and cells pellet from suspension cultures. This buffer enables protein extraction from cytoplasmic membrane and nuclear proteins and is compatible with many applications, including reporter assays, protein assays, immunoassays and protein purification.
Mounting Medium Antifading with DAPI
Mounting Medium with DAPI is a kind of sealing agent used to preserve tissues stained with fluorescent dyes. This product based on glycerol with Anti-fluorescence attenuation reagent used to seal the fluorescent tissue and cell samples. This reagent is easy-to-use, just apply a drop to the sample, add a coverslip, and image. This product contained DAPI, which is a water-soluble form of the popular nuclear, and chromosome counterstain. The nuclear stain emits blue fluorescence upon binding to AT regions of DNA.
Propidium Iodide (PI) Solution
Propidium iodide (PI) binds to DNA by intercalating between the bases with little or no sequence preference and with a stoichiometry of one dye per 4–5 base pairs of DNA. PI is suitable for fluorescence microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy, flow cytometry, and fluorometry. PI is membrane impermeant and generally excluded from viable cells. PI is commonly used for identifying dead cells in a population and as a counterstain in multicolor fluorescent techniques. This product is an aqueous solution of PI with a concentration of 1mg/ml. Diluted to proper working concentration according to different experiments.
